2. Refund & Return Policy

2.1 For Route 44 Food Port

All food sales are final, as items are perishable.
If your order is incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory, contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion after reviewing your concern (photo or order evidence may be requested).
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

2.2 For Atomic Rapid Charger

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for defective or damaged items received.
Returned products must include original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Refunds will only be provided if replacement is not possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

Used or physically damaged items (not due to delivery or manufacturing fault)

Delivery timelines depend on location, kitchen capacity, and third-party partners.
We aim for timely delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Atomic Rapid Charger:

Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days.
Tracking details are provided via email or SMS.
Delays caused by courier services or incorrect customer details are not our responsibility.

3.4 Product Warranty (Atomic Rapid Charger)

All products come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Claims must include order ID, proof of purchase, and product images.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

Route 44 Food Port is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from undisclosed allergies.
Atomic Rapid Charger is not responsible for damage caused by improper product use or incompatible devices.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

All logos, trademarks, designs, and website content are owned by Route 44 Food Port and Atomic Rapid Charger.
